Pinus nigra pine cone linocut print - a limited series of 6 prints

Pine cone of a pinus nigra tree/ Шишарка на черен бор - linocut print. Oil based offset black ink on 90gsm Fabriano paper, a limited edition series of 6 prints. Mockups are for visualization only. Artwork comes unframed.

The process: Entirely hand carved and hand printed linocuts over the course of 4 days, without a printing press, using hand rubbing techniques. Each print comes out different than the previous one, even though they depict the same motif. It contains organic textures making it a one-of-a-kind piece. That is what makes the linocut printing technique so unique and every print is an original by itself. Signed and numbered by the artist.

The edition: The limited edition series of 6 prints means there are only 6 originals printed on paper from one lino block. This first edition contains the highest quality prints. There is no promise of a second edition in the future, so grab your print while you can and be the first to own an original work from Yana Lankova/Blue ismymood.
